審美・矯正歯科とは

審美歯科は、単に「歯の病気」の治療とは一線を画し、歯並びや歯の色を考慮しながら、見た目の美しさを追求する治療分野です。歯の欠けた部分や変色した冠を修正し、オールセラミック冠を使用することで、自然な歯の美しさを取り戻すことが可能です。また、矯正治療との併用により、最小限の歯の削合で治療を行うことも特徴の一つです。ホワイトニングとの組み合わせも効果的であり、患者様の美しい歯を守ることを最優先としています。
Cosmetic dentistry is a field of treatment that is different from simply treating “dental diseases” and pursues aesthetic beauty while taking into consideration the alignment and color of teeth. By repairing chipped or discolored parts of your teeth and using all-ceramic crowns, it is possible to restore the natural beauty of your teeth. Another feature is that it can be used in conjunction with orthodontic treatment to perform treatment with minimal tooth reduction. It is also effective in combination with whitening, and our top priority is to protect the beautiful teeth of our patients.

定期的にホワイトニングをしている方の症例
ホワイトニングメンテナンスを定期的に（６～８ヶ月ごと）実施すると、少しずつ全体が明るくなっていきます。
セラミックについて
臨床に応用されるセラミックスはガラスセラミックスとジルコニアセラミックスがあｒます。強度はジルコニアセラミックスに比べて強度は落ちるが、ガラスの透明感より天然歯に近い修復が可能となります。
Ceramics used clinically include glass ceramics and zirconia ceramics. Although the strength is lower than that of zirconia ceramics, the transparency of glass allows for restorations that are closer to natural teeth.
ジルコニア治療について
ジルコニアセラミックスは強度はあるががらすせらより透明感が落ちます、しかしながら、近年のジルコニアセラミックスは透明感も出した材料が出てきたが光乱反射などの理由でガラスセラミックスほどの透明感はありません。長所としては強さとマスキング（下の変色歯や金属の土台を隠すこと）が可能。強さはガラスセラミックスに比べて2倍ほどあります。
Although zirconia ceramics are strong, they are less transparent than glass ceramics. However, in recent years, zirconia ceramics have become transparent, but they are not as transparent as glass ceramics due to diffused light reflection. Advantages include strength and masking (hiding discolored teeth and metal bases underneath). It is about twice as strong as glass ceramics.
ジルコニアの奥の歯 3本ブリッジの例
現在では、金属を使わずに強度の高いジルコニアセラミックスで臼歯のブリッジも可能です。
ジルコニアセラミックスは、強度を必要とする臼歯に使われることが多い素材です。
犬歯（糸切り歯）小臼歯の３本ブリッジなど前歯と奥歯にまたがる強度が必要なブリッジにも可能です。
小臼歯２本はジルコニアセラミック冠に金属冠をやり直しました。

ガラスセラミックスについて
ガラスセラミックス冠やラミネートベニア冠（歯の削除量が極めて少ない）を使用することで、軽い変色歯や、歯の形態修を行います。

診療の流れ
カウンセリング
患者様の希望や悩みを詳しくお伺いし、最適な治療方法を提案します。

診断・計画
口腔内の状態を詳しく診断し、治療計画を立てます。この際、X線写真や口腔内カメラを使用して、患者様にも分かりやすく説明します。

治療開始
治療計画に基づき、審美歯科や矯正治療を開始します。治療中は患者様の痛みや不安を最小限に抑えるよう心がけます。

定期的な健診
