メタルフリー治療とは
メタルフリー治療は、金属を使用しない歯科治療のことを指します。主に保険治療で使用される「銀歯」は、さまざまな金属が混ざった合金で作られていますが、中にはアレルギー反応を引き起こす可能性のある金属も含まれています。特に、パラジウムという金属は体内に蓄積されることで、突然の金属アレルギーを引き起こすことがあり、これが原因でアトピー性皮膚炎や湿疹などの疾患が発症することも考えられます。当院では、患者様の健康を第一に考え、金属を使用しないメタルフリー治療、特にオールセラミック修復をおすすめしています。これにより、身体への負担を最小限に抑えることができます。
Metal-free treatment refers to dental treatment that does not use metal. Silver teeth, which are mainly used for insurance treatment, are made of an alloy of various metals, some of which may cause allergic reactions. In particular, palladium, a metal that accumulates in the body, can cause a sudden metal allergy, which can lead to the development of diseases such as atopic dermatitis and eczema. At our clinic, we prioritize the health of our patients and recommend metal-free treatments, especially all-ceramic restorations. This will minimize the strain on your body.
歯を守るために歯質がたくさん残っている歯には全て被せるクラウンはなく部分的に被せるものとなります。全て削る必要はありません。

歯根の治療後は、歯の大部分が残っていれば、冠をかぶせず、削除量が少なくしてセラミックをのせて接着する方法もあります。

初診・カウンセリング
患者様の希望や悩みを詳しくお聞きし、メタルフリー治療の適用可能性や方法について説明します。

診断・計画立案
口腔内の状態を詳しく診断し、最適な治療計画を立てます。この際、X線撮影や模型を取ることもあります。
We will diagnose your oral condition in detail and create the optimal treatment plan. At this time, we may also take X-rays and models.
治療開始
治療計画に基づき、メタルフリーの材料を使用して治療を進めます。必要に応じて、麻酔を使用することもあります。
Based on your treatment plan, we will proceed with your treatment using metal-free materials. Anesthesia may be used if necessary.
仮の詰め物や被せ物の装着
治療の途中で、仮の詰め物や被せ物を装着し、患者様の口腔内での適合を確認します。
During the treatment, temporary fillings or crowns will be placed and their fit within the patient’s mouth will be checked.
最終調整と仕上げ
最終的な調整を行い、メタルフリーの詰め物や被せ物を確定的に装着します。その後、噛み合わせや適合
を最終確認します。
